Interview is the meeting between job applicants and the personnel directors of a company. During the meeting, the company tries to get some information about applicants’ educational background, working experience, personal desire and personal qualities. Meanwhile, the company may offer some information about the company and a certain post. Interview is quite important, from the interview, the personnel director can make a clear judgement whether the applicant is the right person or not for the right job.
